Separate Client Agreements

Using this website, submitting the contact form, requesting information, or discussing a potential project does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed with a project.

Every client engagement is governed by a separate written proposal and contract signed by the client and Siteroller. That agreement will define the project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms, ownership rights, maintenance services, and any other terms applicable to that engagement.

If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to that client engagement.
